No, it is not. Only the Online Consultation is free. Visiting patients are required to pay for the consultation fee at the clinic.

Shipping is FREE nationwide

You will receive a notification via SMS or viber on the day of delivery. For those outside metro manila, you will be notified via SMS or Viber with the tracking number of the glasses to be delivered.

ALL glasses purchased from Planet Vision will be replaced with brand new ones, including the lens if it gets broken within the 1-month warranty period from the time of the delivery. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

You may do so, by filling out our replacement request form and we will give you the details where to ship the glasses to be replaced.

We only replace it with the same eyeglasses that you purchased from Planet Vision.

The client will shoulder the shipping fee, but we ship it back to you for FREE.
