PHILIPPINES RETURN POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we are here to help make that happen. We offer a 30-day return policy if your eyeglasses get damaged. We will be happy to replace it with brand new frames, no questions asked.
Glasses to be replaced must be sent out to 118 Baltimore Street, Vista Real Classica 2, Quezon City. Shipping cost will not be shouldered by Planet Vision.
Only glasses that have been purchased directly through Planet Vision online store are eligible for return within the 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
