My eyeglasses got broken, can I return it?

ALL glasses purchased from Planet Vision will be replaced with brand new ones, including the lens if it gets broken within the 1-month warranty period from the time of the delivery. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

If my glasses still fall within the 1-month replacement policy, how do I request for a replacement?

You may do so, by filling out our replacement request form and we will give you the details where to ship the glasses to be replaced.

If my glasses get broken during the 1-month replacement period, can I have it replaced with a different style of glasses?

We only replace it with the same eyeglasses that you purchased from Planet Vision.

Is the shipping free when I request for a replacement?

The client will shoulder the shipping fee, but we ship it back to you for FREE.

How will I get my glasses back?

We will ship it to you at NO COST.

I have an existing frame but had my only lenses made by Planet Vision, should my lens gets broken, is it covered by your replacement policy?

Yes, as long as it is still under the 1-month warranty period.

Can I have a discount for any purchase made?

Planet Vision gives out discount codes to visiting patients. These codes can be applied in the checkout.

How can I avail of promos?

Planet Vision will send notifications via email if there is an ongoing promo so you won’t miss out on our special deals.
