ALL glasses purchased from Planet Vision will be replaced with brand new ones, including the lens if it gets broken within the 1-month warranty period from the time of the delivery. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
You may do so, by filling out our replacement request form and we will give you the details where to ship the glasses to be replaced.
We only replace it with the same eyeglasses that you purchased from Planet Vision.
The client will shoulder the shipping fee, but we ship it back to you for FREE.
We will ship it to you at NO COST.
Yes, as long as it is still under the 1-month warranty period.
Planet Vision gives out discount codes to visiting patients. These codes can be applied in the checkout.
